🕹️ How to Switch Between Systems (Steering Wheel & Console Controls)

You can instantly switch back and forth between the original Mercedes MBUX interface and the upgraded CarPlay/Android Auto menu using original controls:

1. Central Command System: Long press the "Back" button to switch systems. Use the rotary knob/trackpad to navigate apps, go back, or adjust the volume.

2. Steering Wheel Controls: Long press the "Hang Up" button to switch menus. Use steering wheel buttons to answer/end calls, select apps, and adjust media volume.

🛠️ Working Principle & Plug-and-Play Installation

No rewiring, no cutting factory cables, and no complicated installation required!

The module acts as a smart bridge between your original car CD head unit and your factory screen via the included plug-and-play LVDS adapter cable:

1. Disconnect the original LVDS cable from your factory CD drive.

2. Connect the original CD drive to the CarPlay module's "Input" port.

3. Connect the CarPlay module's "Output" port directly to the factory Mercedes screen.
