CarAktis Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at CarAktis! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and order details after placing your order.
- If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to contact us within 12 hours, please provide your order number and state the reason.
- Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Our customer service can help modify or cancel your order.
- After shipment (tracking number issued): Orders cannot be changed or canceled.
2. 30-Day Return Guarantee
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Unauthorized returns (sent back without approval) will not be accepted.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Return costs:
- If the order is returned within the 30-day window due to a defect, CarAktis will provide a return label or reimburse you for the shipping costs paid.
- Non-quality reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.) → Buyer covers shipping + restocking fee:
- Unopened: 10% restocking fee
- Opened/used: 30%–50% restocking fee.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, with photo or video evidence required.
- For non-quality reasons: items must remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyer covers shipping.
- No exchanges are accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method.
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
- If items are damaged, missing parts, or not in resalable condition, CarAktis reserves the right to deduct additional fees or refuse a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items damaged by misuse or human error
- Special/custom orders (e.g., clearance, open-box sales)
- Gift cards, promotional gifts, or free items
- Individual accessories sold separately
Gift/Free Item Policy:
- Free gifts must be returned together with the main product in new condition.
- If lost or damaged, CarAktis may deduct its retail price from your refund.
6.REFUSED DELIVERIES
- If a product is refused upon delivery for any reason, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the customer.
- This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price of the product.
- If you choose to refuse delivery, the package may either be destroyed or returned to the carrier. A return to the sender may take approximately 2–3 weeks. Please note that a refund can only be processed once our warehouse has received and inspected the returned product.
- If the product is destroyed, no refund will be issued.
- In addition, the third-party shipping company will charge a refusal fee of USD 200. We also reserve the right to deduct a fixed fee of USD 200 to partially cover the shipping costs.
7. Duties & Import Taxes
- For expedited shipping, Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes in their country.
- Please confirm applicable charges before placing an order.
8. Orders Flagged as Fraud
- If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please contact us.
9. Return Process Summary
- Contact us at info@caraktis.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return/exchange.
- We will respond quickly (please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order
- Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money of your refund.
- Within 7 to 15 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
- You need to pay the shipping fee of return.
📌 Important Notes
- Please check your order details and discount codes carefully before checkout. Missed discounts or coupon codes cannot be refunded after purchase.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
