Do you ship internationally?
We offer free international shipping (standard) as well as paid expedited options.Our goal is to provide the best possible shipping experience. We ship to most countries around the world, ensuring fast and reliable delivery wherever you are. However, there are a few exceptions, such as military zones or remote areas. If your address falls into one of these categories, we’ll reach out to you directly.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping time depends on the shipping method and destination country.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Here are the details:

Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. After your product is shipped, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number will usually update the tracking status 24 hours a day.
Please note:
We only begin the compatibility and verification check after receiving all the required information (e.g., a photo of the passenger-side dashboard, all four doors, etc.).
Processing, handling, and shipping times will begin after we receive this information.
Why hasn’t my shipping status updated?
Our shipping process includes two parts: international transit and local delivery. When your package is still in transit overseas, the local tracking system may not be able to capture or display updates from the international carrier.
We recommend contacting our dedicated customer service team and providing your order number. We’ll then share the tracking information from the international shipping carrier.
If customs duties are incurred, who is responsible?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating goods entering a specific country or region. All goods entering or leaving the region must first clear customs. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the associated customs duties. We do not charge any taxes, VAT, duties or any other hidden fees.
How can I cancel my order after payment?
If you've already paid for your order and would like to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
If you're unsure about something in your order or need to make changes, we recommend reaching out to us right away and requesting to place the order on hold. This will pause the packaging process while you make your final decision.
Please note:
Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
If you're looking to cancel an order just to add more items, there's no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll help update the order for you.
In general, as long as your order is still in the early stages of processing, we can assist you with changes or cancellation. You can either request a refund or choose to apply the payment as a credit toward a future order.
How do I know if the product is compatible with my car?
To ensure perfect compatibility, we will contact you after your purchase and request photos of your vehicle’s passenger-side dashboard and all four door panels.
Our team will then perform a comprehensive compatibility check based on these photos to make sure the product fits your car precisely.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes! We provide step-by-step installation guides along with detailed wiring diagrams.
These instructions are included with the product and will be sent to you in the package.
